The problem
A creator economy platform managing brand-creator deals had to manually create an invoice to the brand and a bill to the creator for every deal, track payments through Wise email notifications, reconcile everything in Airtable, and trigger creator payouts on a separate 30-day timeline, 500 times a month.
"I will do that 500 times a month, which I would love to automate."

What Loopfour automated
- 1Deal recorded: Airtable is monitored for completed deals, deal value, brand, creator, and flat fee split are ingested, and both invoice and bill are created the same day
- 2Invoice and collect: the invoice goes out with Wise payment details, incoming Wise notifications are auto-parsed and matched by amount plus brand identifier, and Airtable status updates live
- 3Creator payout: payout triggers on its own 30-day timeline, independent of when the brand pays, routes to Wise or PayPal per the creator's stored preference, with human approval before funds leave
- 4Status sync: three states (pending, paid, overdue) are tracked and reconciled automatically against the Airtable deal record

Why it matters for controllers
Two independent timelines, brand payment and creator payout, stay reconciled against a single source of truth instead of two people tracking two spreadsheets that eventually stop matching.
Running brand and creator payments on separate timelines you reconcile by hand?
