Full Stack Software Engineer
Build the workflow engine and product surfaces finance teams rely on every day.
About the role
You'll work across our TypeScript stack — the workflow builder, the durable runtime that executes those workflows, and the integrations that connect them to the tools finance teams already use.
This is a high-agency role. You architect solutions, ship features to production, and shape product direction directly. Expect to touch real systems that move real money and to feel the impact of what you build.
We want someone who enjoys hard problems, moves fast without breaking trust, and cares about the people on the other side of the screen.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain features across the workflow builder, API, and durable runtime
- Build and harden integrations with accounting, ERP, CRM, and data tools
- Turn messy real-world finance processes into clean, reliable automated workflows
- Own performance, correctness, and observability of the systems you ship
- Write clear, maintainable, well-tested code
- Review teammates’ work and raise the engineering bar as we grow
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js fundamentals
- Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure
- Experience designing APIs and integrating third-party systems
- A bias toward simple solutions and a healthy respect for production
- Clear communication and genuine curiosity
