Finance Implementation & Customer Success Manager
Lead customer implementations and drive adoption of automated finance workflows.
About the role
You'll lead customers from onboarding through go-live: mapping their finance workflows, configuring Loopfour to fit, and making sure their team is confident using it every day.
You own the relationship during and after implementation — driving adoption, surfacing improvements, and spotting expansion opportunities as customers grow with us.
You sit close to product and engineering, relaying feedback and helping shape the roadmap from what you learn in the field.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementations from onboarding through go-live
- Map each customer's finance workflows and configure Loopfour accordingly
- Migrate and validate customer data (contracts, accounts, transactions)
- Train finance and ops teams so they're confident using Loopfour daily
- Own customer relationships during implementation and post-launch
- Drive adoption, surface workflow improvements, and identify expansion
- Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs and shape the roadmap
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in finance, accounting, revenue operations, or financial systems
- Bonus: customer success, implementations, or solutions consulting for B2B SaaS
- Bonus: hands-on with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, AR, and reconciliation workflows
- High technical aptitude — you learn systems quickly and don’t fear complexity
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and a clear communicator with senior leaders
